聚醚消泡劑到底是什么呢？

聚醚消泡劑主要是氫氧化鉀催化作用下，用丙二醇或甘油與環(huán)氧丙烷、環(huán)氧乙烷等進(jìn)行聚合制得強力消泡劑。特點(diǎn)是無(wú)色斑、易分散、使用方便等優(yōu)點(diǎn)，適用于絕大多數無(wú)硅類(lèi)消泡劑行業(yè)做為消泡及抑泡的需要。

可以在哪些行業(yè)上面使用呢？

適用于化學(xué)工業(yè)（化肥防結塊劑、脫碳劑、脫硫劑）、潤滑油、切削液、金屬清洗（特別是噴淋清洗）、發(fā)酵（抗生素、檸檬酸，谷胺酸）、石油開(kāi)采、及高溫強堿強酸條件下抑泡消泡。

方法一：添加聚醚消泡劑時(shí)，應采用少量多次的原則，雖然這樣操作比較繁瑣，但是可以降低成本且達到很好的消泡效果。

方法二：可以將聚醚消泡劑同原料和發(fā)酵基料一起加熱消毒入罐，也可以將其配制成水乳液直接蒸汽消毒后“流加”入罐。

方法三：在配制消泡劑乳液的設備中，有機械攪拌裝置，可以使消泡劑充分分散均勻，從而達到理想的消泡效果。
